RETURN POLICY

Damaged deliveries:

  1. We will cater to any reports of damaged products/ flowers on the same day of delivery only i.e within 1 hour of delivery and receipt of message of delivery. The problem report must be supported with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product including mandatory photographs. Email should be sent to the email id- info@goodiebasket.in
  2. Upon receipt of the complaint, we shall acknowledge the same within 24 hours of receiving the complaint. If we are satisfied with the genuineness of the complaint, we shall resend the exact product for which the compliant has been received.
  3. In the event, there is damage to one particular product in a gift hamper, then we shall resend only the individual product which has been damaged and not the entire gift hamper.
